Palm Hills Shares Hit 6-Year High After 180% Surge in H1 2024 Net Profit

Palm Hills Developments (PHDC) saw its shares rise by 10% to EGP 5.92 per share, trading at the high of 2018. This marks the highest price in six years. The surge follows the release of its first-half 2024 earnings, which revealed a 180% increase in net income to EGP 1.703 billion, compared to EGP 608 million in the same period last year.
