Ayman Soliman on TSFE Investments Overview




Ayman Soliman, TSFE CEO, through an interview with Bloomberg Asharq, mentioned many investment aspects which we took his interview into the below keynotes:


TSFE offers some companies at the national IPO as pre-IPO investments for strategic investors. Those investors will be adding value to the companies' buisness and value to the valuation process during the book-building process.


The Downtown Area Focusing on the triangle of Tahrir Square, Garden City, and Lazoughly Area, the TSFE will receive several government buildings to be part of a real estate project that includes commercial, buisness, and residential spaces.


The old building of the Ministry of the interior in the Lazoghly area will be changed to a startup hub in cooperation with the current startup hub facility manager; Ayman stated that they already signed with some of the startup hub facility managers without naming any party for now.


The Land of the National Democratic Party will be offered for development with investors.


TSFE will use the real estate assets at the triangle of the downtown to increase the capacity of the hotel rooms in parallel with the opening of the Grand Egyptian museum.


The Hotel room occupancy through the last two years is a consistently high record, and we are under-supply at Cairo.


The governmental hotels, which will be offered to investors as part of the national IPO program, will receive the investments as a capital increase to be injected into these assets to increase its performance and room capacity.
